*Network and Organization: Network structures, downline/upline connections, placement rules, and tree organizations. 

*Membership: Membership status, tier requirements, privileges, and account classifications. 

*Operations: Delivery schedules, fulfillment methods, shipping policies, and product availability. 

*Protections: Insurance coverages, buyback policies, inventory return procedures, and satisfaction guarantees.

Your continued participation in the Service or maintenance of your membership following any such changes constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PT. Smart Bitvest Family, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability

The Company, including its management, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and all employees, shall not be held liable, responsible, or deemed in default for any delay, failure, or inability to fulfill any obligation under these Terms—whether arising prior to, during, or after the event—resulting directly or indirectly from a Force Majeure event. A “Force Majeure” event includes, but is not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government mandates or regulatory interventions, wars, riots, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, grid or internet failures, or any other extraordinary circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
